At ExCEL it all starts with our teachers, who are the foundation of our incredible program. We've strategically designed a teacher training program thats purpose is to train our teachers to implement our exclusive ExCELerate™ Curriculum. In addition to our specialized training, teachers are also encouraged to participate in our session at the annual Learning Through Play Conference at Cincinnati Museum Center, as well as a variety of other professional development events, classes and seminars.

Here at ExCEL we believe in the power of strategic programming to address attentional and motivational issues related to learning. Our programs focus on a specific type of learning called Experiential Learning. This method involves providing opportunities for children to experience 'learning by doing' through games and exercises that look and feel like "play" but are really highly structured learning experiences. This process involves rotating children through a balanced daily schedule of exciting ExCELerate Stations and Experiential Learning (EL) classes in a variety of spaces within the preschool.
